1. Please Bring along a copy of our Invoice for Warranty Repairs if Applicable.

2. Warranty Clauses stand void for damages caused due to Mishandling of equipment’s for any reasons causing damage of their products like lack of knowledge, in proper handling, electricity problem.

3. Swollen Battery are Not Covered warranty due to Overcharging the Inbuilt Battery, User are the Responsible for it.

4. Once invoice made cannot be modified / Cancelled.

5. GBS SYSTEMS & SERVICES PVT. LTD has all rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link.
• Any request for cancellation to be made within 1hours from the time of order confirmation.
• Once the order is cancelled we will initiate the refund within the next 24 hours.
• Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.

What are the available refund options?

If GBS SYSTEMS & SERVICES PVT LTD is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made.

We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the delivery agent due to bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds will be issued to the customer Bank accounts, please allow 7 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over this.
